Chief Principal of PC Kinyanjui Technical Training Institute, Lucy M. Anampiu, HSC, has been honoured at the prestigious Top Legacy Women Summit & Awards 2026 held at Swiss Lenana Mount Hotel in Nairobi on 20th March.

She received special recognition for her exemplary leadership, resilience, and outstanding contribution to education and society, earning her a place among distinguished women celebrated for their influence and transformative impact across various sectors.

The event, organized by Topspin Brands Ltd, brought together accomplished women leaders, professionals, and change-makers in a powerful forum focused on leadership, legacy, and empowerment. The summit featured insightful keynote speeches and interactive sessions aimed at strengthening the role of women in driving social and economic progress.

Lucy M. Anampiu’s recognition reflects her unwavering commitment to excellence, visionary leadership, and dedication to empowering both students and educators. 

Her work continues to inspire growth, innovation, and a culture of achievement within her institution and beyond.

Speaking during an interview with journalists after receiving the honour, she expressed gratitude and reflected on her journey, "the recognition is a reflection of the collective effort of the teams I have worked with and the students who continue to strive for excellence” she said.

In the same interview, she emphasized the importance of purpose-driven leadership, “true leadership is about impact uplifting others, creating opportunities, and leaving systems better than we found them” she added

Her achievement stands as a testament to her passion and commitment to service, reinforcing her role as a trailblazer in the education sector and a source of inspiration to many.
